In Utopia, a town where dysfunctional is the norm, two very different half brothers come together to  convert a truck stop they inherit into a hair salon and lunch counter. Ted and Nico dream of becoming hairstylists to the stars but reality has them dealing with a cast of quirky characters in a small town with big dreams. The boys confuse hilarious fantasies with reality as the overactive imaginations transport them into their customers lives.

Ted is about six foot six, bald and in his late twenties – Celtic decent on his Father’s side. On special occasions he wears the kilt. Younger brother Nico is much shorter – long dark hair in dread locks – son of his Mothers Italian count lover.

Ted and Nico were raided together til Nico was eight, when his Father spirited him away to Europe where they lived in the family castle. He is re-united with brother Ted at their mother’s funeral.

Strangers and neighbours wander into the shop. When they sit in the chair, Ted and Nico’s imagination transports them into the person’s life. The boys deal with life in a small and somewhat crazy town.
